Experience

Prior to his tenure at Hinkhouse Williams Walsh, Bolaji was an associate at a boutique litigation firm and an Am Law 100 national law firm. In these roles, he provided counsel in complex insurance coverage litigation and helped to advise public and private companies, private equity firms, and financial advisors on complex, domestic and cross-border deals across healthcare, life sciences, technology, consumer, retail, and financial services.

Bolaji earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2024. At Fordham, Bolaji served as an Associate Notes Editor of the Journal of Corporate & Financial Law, participated in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, and held leadership roles in the First-Generation Law Student Society and the Black Law Students Association. Bolaji also received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award and the Drew Valentine Leadership Award.

Bolaji also holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science, in Political Science from Amherst College.

Outside of his legal practice, Bolaji is committed to expanding opportunities to access higher education and has served as a mentor through programs such as the SEO Fellowship and the REAL Program at Fordham University School of Law.
