Experience

Caroline Whang is an Associate who concentrates her practice in complex insurance coverage litigation. She represents insurers and reinsurers in both state and federal courts throughout the country in a wide range of coverage matters and defends insurers in bad faith lawsuits.

Before joining Hinkhouse Williams Walsh, Caroline was an Associate at national law firms where she provided coverage counsel to insurers and gained extensive experience representing insured corporations, municipalities, and individuals in a wide range of premises liability cases.

Caroline earned her J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law. During law school, Caroline served as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Jeremy C. Daniel in the Northern District of Illinois. She also was selected as a regional semifinalist in the American Association for Justice competition as a competing member of DePaul’s trial team.
