Experience

Before joining Hinkhouse Williams Walsh, Josh was an associate at an Am Law 200 firm, where he advised and defended insurers in complex coverage litigation, including breach of contract and bad faith claims in both federal and state courts in various areas of insurance including commercial liability, property, and automobile. Josh was previously a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Janis Graham Jack in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas where he gained experience in legal research and writing, and helped to draft judicial orders and review transcripts and reports.

Josh earned his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Managing Executive Editor on the Michigan Technology Law Review.
