Kyli L. Cotten is an Associate with Hinkhouse Williams Walsh LLP. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including products liability and toxic tort defense.

Experience

Prior to joining Hinkhouse Williams Walsh, Kyli worked at a national healthcare litigation firm, where she gained extensive courtroom and trial experience defending healthcare organizations and practitioners. She was selected by Super Lawyers as an Illinois Rising Star in 2025 and 2026, and additionally has been named as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® recipient since 2024.

Kyli earned her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law. She also holds a B.A. in Government and History from the University of Texas.
