Experience

Mike concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation, representing clients that include product manufacturers and distributors in claims sounding in negligence and strict product liability. Mike has experience across a diverse set of legal matters including post-conviction petitions in state felony cases, criminal and civil insider trading cases, personal injury, and banking regulation.

Prior to joining the firm Mike had the opportunity to work on financial regulation and white-collar criminal matters which remain areas of law he follows closely.

Mike completed his undergraduate studies at Saint Louis University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science focusing on political theory, philosophy, and statistical methodology within the field. Mike earned his Law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school Mike was employed by the school as a Contracts Teaching Assistant and also earned a CALI award for ranking first in the class in Trial Advocacy.
