Zachary Auslander is an associate with Hinkhouse Williams Walsh LLP.
Zachary concentrates his practice in complex insurance coverage litigation. He has experience involving a wide range of coverage matters throughout the United States including personal and advertising injury, aviation liability, construction defect, product liability, environmental pollution, sexual misconduct, first party property damage, and bad faith claims. He also has experience providing insurance clients with risk assessments and coverage analyses. Additionally, Zachary has successfully defended toxic tort claims in mediation.
Zachary graduated from Purdue University – West Lafayette where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Professional Writing. Zachary earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school, Zachary was a member of Law Review, was on the Dean's Honor List every semester, and graduated cum laude.
