Jill focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation. She represents the interests of insurers and reinsurers, both domestic and abroad, in connection with environmental, asbestos and product liability claims. Jill concentrates her insurance practice in both litigation and advisory capacities, providing counseling with respect to toxic torts, environmental, asbestos and other complex claims, as well as providing risk analysis and reserve exposure. Jill also has expertise in issues arising out of long-term exposures, including the allocation and apportionment of liability.
