Experience

Lidia concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation, including product liability and toxic tort claims.

Prior to joining Hinkhouse Williams Walsh, Lidia’s practice was focused in civil defense litigation against claims seeking relief for common negligence, product liability, premise liability, personal injuries and wrongful deaths in federal and state courts. Lidia has worked at nationally renowned civil defense firms as a part of the trial teams for high profile cases.

Lidia earned her law degree from Loyola University Chicago, School of Law. Before becoming an attorney, Lidia held various roles in the legal field in Chicago for over a decade and also served as a police officer in the western suburbs. Throughout law school, Lidia worked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois assisting Federal Prosecutors in the Criminal Division and the Appellate Section. Lidia also externed for Appellate Court Justice Sanjay T. Tailor, when he was still presiding in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
