Florence Montarmani concentrates her practice on product liability matters.

Prior to joining Hinkhouse Williams Walsh, Florence practiced as an associate at several commercial litigation firms in Chicago, where she represented both corporate and individual clients in a variety of commercial transactions, contract disputes, and corporate advisory matters.

Florence earned her law degree from DePaul University College of Law, where she was a staff writer on the DePaul Journal of Art, Technology & Intellectual Property Law, a member of the AIPLA Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Patent Moot Court, and a recipient of the Robert and Clytia Chambers Patent Law Scholarship Award.
