Madeline J. Clark is an Associate at Hinkhouse Williams Walsh LLP. She defends manufacturers and distributors in complex civil litigation, focusing on product liability and toxic tort claims.

Experience

Before joining HWW, Madeline practiced at a criminal defense firm where she began as a law clerk and later advanced to associate attorney. She worked on high-stakes felony matters, including cases involving murder, conspiracy, and sexual assault.  Madeline regularly appeared in court for hearings and served as second chair in jury and bench trials.

She also previously clerked at a personal injury firm, assisting with litigation involving product liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice.

Madeline earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where she served on Law Review, completed a Criminal Law Certificate, and received a CALI Award for Legal Writing.  She holds a B.S. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University, where she was a Dean’s List honoree and participated in the FBI Collegiate Academy.
